A Proposed Administrative Percpective for Developing Leadership Entrepreneurship Skills for Public Secondary School Principals in Jordan

This study aimed to construct an administrative percpective for developing leadership entrepreneurship skills for public secondary school principals in Jordan. The developmental descriptive methodology was used. The study population consisted of all (1227) public secondary school principals in Jordan. The sample consisted of (109) and principals. For data gathering, a 58- items questionnaire was developed.
The results of the study showed that the degree of practicing leadership entrepreneurship skills among public secondary school principals from their point of view was high. Furthermore, the results indicated that there were no statistically significant differences at (α=0.05) attributed to the variables of gender, academic qualification, region, and years of experience for all domains. According to the previous results, the two researchers constructed an administrative perspective for developing leadership skills for public secondary school principals in Jordan. After making sure of its suitability, they recommended to apply it in the public secondary schools in Jordan.
