The study aimed to explore the degree of efficiency of the training program “Leadership for Future" which was implemented to UNRWA school Principals and their assisstants in Jordan. The researchers used the descriptive methodology, where they distributed the questionnaire to (306) principal and assistants from the study population after the validity and reliability of the questionnaire were assured. The results showed that the degree of efficiency of the training program “Leadership for Future" was very high with a mean of (4.21). Also, the results showed that the domain “be a leader” came first, followed by “Evaluation and administer subordinates” domain, then “Leading teams”, and finally came “Improving teaching and learning” domain. Also, the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the responses of the sample subjects due to the variables of gender, academic qualification, or job title. Finally, the researchers recommended continuing the program and training more principals in other UNRWA schools in the region.
