The Organizational Conflict Management among Primary School Principals in Negev Region and its Relationship to Teachers’ Organizational Loyalty

Abstract

The study aimed to find out the level of organizational conflict management among primary school principals and its relationship to the level of organizational loyalty among teachers in Negev region from the teachers' point of view. The correlational descriptive me thodology was used, through using a questionnaire distributed to a sample of (503) male and female teachers, the results showed that the mean for the level of organizational conflict management ranged between (2.96-3.79), and four of them came to a significant degree, which include; integration, satisfaction, settlement, and avoidance. Domination style came with medium level. The results also showed that the level of organizational loyalty was large, and the results showed a positive, statistically significant relationship between the dimensions of organizational conflict management and organizational loyalty, with the exception of the domain of dominance, where the relationship was negative and statistically significant.
