The study aimed to identify the degree of change resistance among public school principals in Palestine and its relationship to some variables. The researchers followed descriptive survey methodology. The study sample consisted of (100) male and female principals. The results of the study indicated that the degree of change resistance among public school principals in Palestine is low, and that there were no statistically significant differences between the means of the sample members’ responses to the change resistance scale among public school principals in Palestine attributed to the both variables: gender or academic qualification, while there were differences attributed to the administrative experience.
