A Proposed Educational Administrative Perspective for Developing the Educational Supervision System in Palestine Based on the Singapore Experience

Abstract

The study aimed to propose an educational administrative perspection of developing the educational supervision system in Palestine based on the Singapore experience. The descriptive analytical–synthetic methodology was adopted to achieve the study’s objectives. The study concluded that the current state of educational supervision in Palestine is unsatisfactory and that there are numerous challenges facing it. It also presented the key features of educational supervision in Singapore, which is considered one of the most successful educational experiences worldwide. Accordingly, the study proposed an educational administrative perspection to develop the educational supervision system in Palestine based on the Singapore experience, and concluded with a set of recommendations, foremost among them the implementation of the proposed perspection by the Ministry of Education.
