A Proposed Educational Administrative Mechanisms to Confront the Incivility Behavior in Education Directorates

Abstract

This study aimed to develop a proposed educational administrative mechanisms to confront incivility behavior in education directorates in Palestine. To achieve these objectives, a descriptive analytical-synthetic approach was employed. The study clarified the conceptual framework of incivility, its underlying causes, and its impact on employees. Accordingly, appropriate educational administrative mechanisms were developed to confront incivility behavior in education directorates. These mechanisms have been confirmed as suitable and recommended for adoption.
