The Availability Degree of Digital Leadership Skills among Jordanian Secondary-School Principals based on the McKinsey 7S Model and its Relationship to some Variables

The study aimed to identify the availability degree of digital leadership skills among Jordanian secondary school principals based on the McKinsey 7S model and its relationship to some variables. The study followed a descriptive survey methodology. The study sample consisted of (255) principals. For the purposes of collecting data, a 43-items questionnaire was developed, distributed over seven domains representing the elements of the McKinsey model, namely: strategy, organizational structure, shared values, systems, management style, skills, and employees. The results showed that the degree of digital leadership practice among Jordanian secondary school principals was high, and the results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level (α=0.05) between the means of the study sample Subjects estimates attributed to the variables: gender, academic qualification, and years of experience.
