The study aimed to identify the level of ethical leadership among superintendents in Palestine and its relationship to some variables. The study adopted the descriptive survey methodology. A 25-item questionnaire was used for data gathering. The sample consisted of (358) employees of education directorates in Palestine. The results of the study showed that the degree of practicing ethical leadership by superintendents in Palestine was high. Furthermore, the results showed that there were statistically significant differences in the degree of practicing ethical leadership by superintendents in Palestine attributed to gender (in favor of males), and to administrative experience (in favor of administrative experience (less than 5 years) and (10 years or more), while there were no statistically significant differences attributed to the educational qualification variable
