The Degree to which Private School Leaders in Jordan Practicie Institutional Campetence Based on the Standards of the Arab Organization for Quality Assurance in Education

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the degree of practicing institutional efficiency by private school leaders in Jordan according to the standards of the Arab Organization for Quality Assurance in Education. The study relied on the descriptive survey methodology and a random sample of (263) male and female principals was selected. The study tool which consisted of (48) items, was developed, and its validity and reliability were confirmed. The results of the study showed that the level of application of institutional competence based on the standards of the Arab organization for guality assurance in education was high. Additionally, the study indicated statistically significant differences attributed to the gender variable in favor of males, while there were no statistically significant differences attributed to the variables of academic qualification and years of experience.
