The Availability Degree of Educational Administrative Procedures to Enhance Organizational Immunity among Academic Leaders in Jordanian Universities in Light of Ethical Leadership Principles

Abstract

The study aimed to identify the availability degree of educational administrative procedures to enhance organizational immunity among academic leaders in Jordanian Universities in light of ethical leadership principles. The study followed a descriptive survey methodology. The study sample consisted of (368) members. The study results indicated that the degree of availability of organizational immunity procedures among academic leaders in Jordanian universities from the pointofview of teaching staff members was moderate.  All dimensions of the study tool also had a moderate degree. The results showed statistically significant differences at the significance level (α=0.05) attributed to the variable "university," with disagreements in favor of private universities. The results also indicated that there were no statistically significant differences at the significance level (α=0.05) attributed to the variable "gender" and no statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05 = α) attributable to the variable "academic rank" on the dimensions: (organizational learning, organizational DNA), and differences were found in the dimension of (organizational memory), in favor of the rank of professor.
