The study aimed to identify the level of availability of digital transformation requirements in Palestinian universities in light of some variables. It employed the descriptive survey methodology using a questionnaire consisting of (30) items distributed across five domains. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire were verified. It was administered to a simple random sample of (368) faculty members. The results showed that the level of digital transformation in Palestinian universities, as perceived by the faculty members, was moderate overall and across all domains. No differences were found in relation to the variables of academic rank, gender, and years of experience, However, there were statistically significant differences in the participants' evaluations attributed to the variable of geographic region, in favor of the central region.
