This study aimed to investigate the effect of a proposed program to enhance digital ethics on developing 21st-century skills among fifth-grade students in Kuwait. To achieve the study’s aims, the experimental method with a quasi-experimental design was used. The study participants were 40 female students in one of the schools in the Ahmadi Educational District. Those participants were randomly divided into two groups: the experimental group (21 students) and the control group (19 students). The data was collected using a test to measure critical thinking skills and a questionnaire to measure communication skills after verifying their validity and reliability. The results proved statistically significant differences in favor of the experimental group in developing critical thinking and communication skills.
