The Level of Excellence Management Practice by Educational Leaders in Saudi Secondary Schools and Relationship to the Job Performance of Teachers Working with Them

This study aimed to examine the level of Excellence management practice by educational leaders in Saudi secondary schools and relationship to the job performance of teachers working with them, employing a descriptive correlational methodalogy, the study targeted all secondary school teachers in the general education departments across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. A randomly selected sample of 500 male and female teachers from various regions was utilized. Data were collected through a questionnaire, the validity and reliability of which were rigorously verified.
The findings indicated that educational leaders demonstrated a high level of excellence management, accompanied by a high level of job performance among teachers. Furthermore, a statistically significant positive correlation was identified between excellence management practices and job performance. Based on these findings, the study recommended that educational administrations implement continuous training programs and workshops for educational leaders to sustain high standards of excellence management and enhance teacher performance.
