The study aimed to investigate the effect of using the ChatGPT application on the academic achievement of tenth-grade female students in the computer subject and their attitudes toward learning it in Jordan. The study adopted the experimental methodology and the quasi-experimental design. To achieve the study's objectives, the researchers prepared an academic achievement test and a scale of attitudes toward learning computer subjects. Their validity and reliability were verified. They were applied to the study individuals, numbering (68) female students, who were distributed equally into the two study groups; the experimental and control groups. The study's results showed statistically significant differences at (α=0.05) in the student's achievement and their attitudes toward learning computer subjects attributed to the teaching method; In favor of the experimental group. Given these results, the researchers recommended including the ChatGPT application in teacher preparation programs for various subjects.
