Proposed Educational Administrative Mechanisms to Reduce Organizational Behaviour Cynicism Behaviour among School Principals in Palestine

Abstract

The study aimed to develop proposed educational administrative mechanisms to reduce organizational cynicism behaviour among school principals. To achieve the study's objectives, a descriptive; analytical-synthetic methodology was used. The study clarified the conceptual framework of organizational cynicism and the reasons that lead to this behaviour. Accordingly, appropriate educational administrative mechanisms were developed to reduce organizational cynicism behaviour among school principals, and their suitability was verified.
