The Reality of Decision-Making among Superintendent in Palestine and its Relationship with some Variables

This study aimed to study the reality of decision-making among superintendents in Palestine and its relationship with some variables. The descriptive correlational methodology was used to achieve the objectives of this study. The study sample consisted of (226) male and female supervisors. A questionnaire was developed on the reality of decision-making, consisting of four dimensions and (38) items. The results showed that the overall degree of the reality of decision-making among superintendents in Palestine was medium, and it was medium in all domains. The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the degree of all domains of the reality of decision-making among superintendents in Palestine attributed to the variables of gender, academic qualification, and region, while there were statistically significant differences in the degree of all domains of the reality of decision-making among superintendents from viewpoints of educational supervisors in Palestine attributed to the variable of years of experience, as the differences were in favor of years (less than 5) and (10 or more) compared to years (5-10).
