The current study aimed to extract the Psychometric properties of the Professional Tests Battery for Specialists nominated to work in special Education. To achieve the goal of this study, a professional test battery was constructed consisting of four tests: general special education, behavior modification, mental disability, and autism. The battery was applied to a sample of (253) specialists from special education centers in Amman. The results showed that all tests had appropriate validity and reliability coefficients, and construct validity indications and internal correlations that are considered an indicator of the construct validity of the battery tests. The results showed that the battery tests had appropriate reliability indications using the internal consistency method, split-half. The study recommended extracting the indications of the items and tests according to the modern theory of measurement, and benefiting from the tests in the centers for the Employment and selection process.
