Leadership with Love among Female kindergarten Principals in Al-Quds Governorate and its Suburbs and its Relationship with Female Teachers Morale

The aim of this study was to determine the level of leadership with love among kindergarten principals in Al-Quds governorate and its suburbs and its relationship with the morale of teachers, The study population consisted of (785) females teachers, while the study sample consisted of (111) kindergarten teachers in Al-Quds governorate and its suburbs, the study followed the descriptive correlational methodology, and used the questionnaire as its tool, The study reached several results from the most important of them are that the level of leadership with love among kindergarten female principals in Al-Quds governorate and its suburbs came at a high level in all domains, and that there were significant differences in the level of leadership with love among kindergarten principals in Al-Quds governorate and its suburbs due to variables (type of kindergarten, educational qualification) in favor of private kindergarten and master's qualification and higher respectively, and the absence of significant differences depending on the variable years of experience, The results also indicated a strong correlation between leadership with love and morale. Based on these results, the study recommended several recommendations, the most important of which are: maintaining the high level of leadership with love among kindergarten principals, through training courses to inform them of the latest educational developments in this field, and work on selecting kindergarten principals from conscious leaders who believe in the importance of leadership with love and its principles in kindergartens, giving more powers to kindergarten principals in order to adopt leadership with love in their schools, in order to maintain the morale of female teachers, and providing all forms of support to maintain high morale among kindergarten teachers.
