The Reality of Vocational Learning Communities in UNRWA Schools in Jordan

The study aimed at finding out the reality of vocational learning in UNRWA schools in Jordan from the point of view of the teachers working in them, The results showed that the reality of vocational learning societies in UNRWA schools in Jordan from the point of view of their working teachers came high, and that the level of challenges facing the activation of the role of vocational learning communities to rock the teachers in UNRWA schools in Jordan from the point of view of the teachers working in them was high, Based on the findings of the study, it recommends the need to work on developing foundations and standards for vocational learning communities commensurate with the conditions of the school environment and its capabilities.
