The Level of Technology Skills Possessed by Individuals with Disabilities Working in Jordan and its Relationship to Job Empowerment

The study aimed to identify the level of possession of technology skills possessed by individuals with disabilities working in Jordan and its relationship to job empowerment. The descriptive correlational methodology was used. The study sample consisted of (156) individuals. For the purposes of collecting study data, the researcher developed two tools: the first was to measure technology use skills, consisted of (16) items, and the second to measure job empowerment, consisted of (18) items, after their validity and reliability were verified. The results of the study indicated that the level of technology skills possessed by individuals with disabilities working in Jordan was moderate, and that their level of job empowerment was medium average. The results also showed that there was a statistically significant correlation between both the skills of using technology and job empowerment.
