Critical Thinking among Principals and Its Relationship to Improve School Performance

The study aimed to identify the level of critical thinking among school principals and its relationship to improve school performance from the point of view of teachers. To achieve the goal of the study, the descriptive, correlational methodology was used. The study tool was developed, which included two axes, and its validity and reliability were confirmed. It was distributed to a sample. It consisted of (247) male and female teachers working in the Ministry of Education in the Taybeh and Wasatiyah districts. The results showed that the level of critical thinking among school principals was great. The results also showed that the level of school performance was great. It also showed that there was a positive correlation between critical thinking and the level of school performance.
