The Level of Awareness of Academic Leaders in Palestinian Universities of Big Data

The study aimed to identify the level of awareness of academic leaders in Palestinian universities of big data. To achieve the objectives of the study, a descriptive survey methodology was used. The study sample consisted of (266) academic leaders, where a questionnaire tool was used to collect data, and it consisted of (18) items, distributed into three domains. The results of the study showed that the level of awareness of academic leaders in Palestinian universities of big data was high. The results of the study also showed that there were statistically significant differences attributed to the variable of job position in favor of the university president and vice president. The results of the study also showed that there were statistically significant differences attributed to the variable years of experience in university administrative work for more than ten years.
