Entrepreneurial Leadership in Public Secondary Schools in Palestine: Obstacles and Proposed Solutions “A Qualitative Study”

The study aimed to identify the obstacles that faced public secondary school principals in Palestine while applying the dimensions of entrepreneurial leadership, and the proposed solutions to confront these obstacles. Due to its suitability to the subject of the study, the researchers used the qualitative research methodology based on thematic analysis design. The interview was used as a tool for the study, to identify the obstacles that school principals face in applying entrepreneurial leadership, and the proposed solutions to these obstacles. The study sample consisted of (15) school principals and (15) teachers who were chosen intentionally. The study concluded that eight themes emerged related to the obstacles faced by school principals in applying entrepreneurial leadership, the most important of which is “Regulations and laws” and seven themes emerged related to proposed solutions to confront the obstacles, the most important of which is “Amending policies and delegating powers”.
