The Effect of an Educational Program Based on the Communicative Approach in Developing Creative writing in Arabic Language for Seventh Grade Students in Jordan

The study aimed to identify the effect of an educational program based on the communicative approach in developing the skill of creative writing in the Arabic language among seventh grade students in Jordan, The study used the semi-experimental methodol, and the study sample included (58) students who were distributed into two groups equally, the first group represented the control group, and the second group represented the experimental group, and the creative writing test was used, The study found that there were statistically significant differences between the mean performance of the control and experimental groups on the post-test in the degree dimensions of creative writing skill among seventh grade students in Jordan in favor of the educational program based on the communicative approach, The study recommended that continuous efforts should be devoted to developing communicative oriented educational programs to enhance creative writing skills and improve students' performance in this important aspect of education.
