Abstract

The study aimed at identifying the degree of crisis management practice of high school principals in Palestine and its relationship to some variables. The descriptive survey methodology was used. A simple random sample of (144) teachers was selected, the researcher used a questionnaier as a tool for gathering information.

The study found the following findings: The degree of crisis management practice of high school principals in Palestine from the point of view of their teachers was high and that there were no differences in the degree of crisis management practice among secondary school principals in Palestine from the point of view of their teachers attributed to gender, scientific qualification, while there were differences attributed to the variable years of experience in favor of the experience between (5-10 years) in favor of more experience than (10 years) compared with 5 years' experience.
