To achieve the study’s objectives, a descriptive methodology was used, and a questionnaire was constructed for voluntary work management, consisting of 26 items divided into four domains: volunteer activity management, team spirit, policies and systems, and support. The study sample included 113 male and female students. The results showed that the degree of voluntary work management practice among students of the Faculty of Sports Sciences was high from their point of view.
