This study aimed to propose procedures for transforming Palestinian public schools into productive schools from the point of view of school principals and their teachers, and educational supervisors. The researcher selected a purposive sample from school principals, numbering (30) male and female principals and male and female teachers, and a focus group of (9) educational supervisors assigned to follow up on professional units. The study used a qualitative methodology, and the results of the study showed some proposed procedures to achieve transformation; represented by administrative, organizational, legislative, and productive reforms, and the development of curricula and training programs. In light of these results, the study recommended adopting these procedures and working on them to transform schools into productive ones.
