Japanese Leadership (theory Z) Practiced by Latin Patriarchate School Principals in Jordan

The study aimed to identify the degree of Japanese leadership practice “Theory Z” among the principals of Latin Patriarchal schools in Jordan. To achieve the objective of the study, the correlational descriptive methodology was used through the development of a questionnaire consisting, three for axis: The family dimension (patriarchal human), keeping up and modernity (development and training), participation in decisions) with (35) items, its validity and reliability were verified, and it was applied to a sample selected by simple random method consisting of (300) teachers. The study found that the degree of Japanese leadership, was high.
And after applying the questionnaire, the study reached the existence of statistically significant differences between the computational means of the study sample estimates about the degree of the practice of Japanese leadership " theory Z " from the point of view of teachers in the three (total) fields, according to the gender variable in favor of males. The lack of statistically significant differences between the mathematical means of the study sample estimates about the degree of the practice of Japanese leadership " theory Z " from the point of view of teachers in the three (total) fields, according to the variables (the scientific qualification, years of experience, the province).
