Morale among Public School Teachers in Palestine

The study aimed to identify the degree of morale among public school teachers in Palestine from their point of view. The descriptive survey methodology was used, and the questionnaire was adopted as a tool for the study. It consisted of (20) items distributed over four areas (Teachers' appreciation by the school principal, Teachers' job satisfaction, Material and moral incentives, Human relationships) its validity and reliability were confirmed, and a sample was formed. The study included (1353) male and female teachers working in public schools in Palestine, the study concluded that the level of morale among public school teachers in Palestine from their point of view was high, and the results of the study showed that there were statistically significant differences in the level of morale among teachers of public school in Palestine are attributed to the gender variable In favor of females, experience in favor of the short period of less than 5 years, and in favor of the long period of more than 10 years, academic qualification in favor of a bachelor's degree or less.
