Abstract

The study aimed to explore the relationship between creative leadership of school principals in the Jerusalem Suburbs’ Directorate of Education and its relationship organizational commitment of teachers. The population of the study consisted of (390) members, while the study sample consisted of (65) male and female teachers in the academic year 2023-2024. A questionnaire was used as a research tool, and its validity and reliability were verified using established statistical methods. The results indicated a positive, strong and significant correlation between creative leadership and organizational commitment. Furtheremore, the results concluded that the level of creative leadership was high, with a mean score of (3.92) and the level of organizational commitment was high also, with a mean score of (3.86) in light of the result. The reasercher recommended some recommendations.
