Abstract

The current study aimed to identify the training needs of teachers of learning difficulties in light of employing e-learning applications. The study relied on the analytical descriptive methodology to describe the study variables while building a data collection tool. A questionnaire was prepared consisting of three domains, 46 items. The sample of the study consisted of (52) teachers and supervisors of learning difficulties programs, and the questionnaire was applied electronically in the second semester of the academic year 2020/2021. The results of the study showed: that the degree of training needs for teachers of learning difficulties came to a large degree of approval regarding the use of e-learning applications in learning difficulties in general, and it came with a very high degree of approval in basic skills, and with a high degree of approval in advanced skills and the skills of using e-learning and sustainable professional development skills using e-learning.in addition, There were no statistically significant differences between the study sample responses due to the variables( job, graduation, experience, and training course ), in the training needs on the questionnaire as a whole.
