The Degree of Practicing Creative Leadership among Public School Principals in Jordan and its Relationship to some Variables

The study aimed to identify the degree of practicing creative Leadership among public school principals in Jordan and its relationship to some variables. The descriptive survey methodolgy was used. The study sample consisted of 377 male and female teachers. The results of the study showed that the degree to which public school principals in Jordan practice creative leadership from the point of view of their teachers was medium. The results also indicated that there were statistically significant differences at the significance level (α=0.05) in the degree to which public school principals in Jordan practice creative leadership due to the variables: gender (in favor of females) and academic qualification (in favor of those with a postgraduate academic qualification), while there were no differences due to the variable of years of experience.
