Electronic Management and its Relationship to Risk Management among Educational Leaders in the Directorates of Education in Balqa Governorate

Abstract

The study aimed to reveal electronic management and its relationship to risk management among educational leaders in the education directorates of Balqa Governorate. To achieve the goal of the study, the descriptive, correlational methodology was used, by developing the study tool that included two axes. After ensuring the validity and reliability of the tool, it was distributed to (195) school principals, The results showed that the degree of practicing electronic management was great. The results also showed that the level of risk management was great from the point of view of school principals. It also showed that there was a correlational relationship between risk management and electronic management.
