Abstract

The study aimed to identify the organizational commitment among employees in the Education Directorates in the northern governorates of the State of Palestine. To achieve this goal, the researchers developed a questionnaire divided into three dimensions: Affective Commitment, Normative Commitment, and Continuance Commitment.The questionnaire consisted of (31) items and was distributed to (334 (employees who were selected using stratified random sampling and following a descriptive survey methodology. The study's results indicated that the organizational commitment among employees in the Education Directorates in the northern governorates of the State of Palestine was high. There were statistically significant differences attributed to job titles in favor of directors and supervisors, while no statistically significant differences were found for gender and years of experience variables.
