Resonant Leadership among Kindergarten Principals in Palestine and its Relationship to Organizational Happiness among Teachers Working with Them

The study aimed to identify the degree of practicing resonant leadership by kindergarten principals in Palestine and its relationship to organizational happiness among teachers working with them. The study sample consisted of (120) kindergarten teachers. The results of the study indicated that the degree of practicing resonant leadership by kindergarten principals in Palestine was high, and that the level of organizational happiness among teachers was high, The results also indicated a positive relationship between resonant leadership among principals and organizational happiness among teachers.
