The Degree of Estimation of Faculty Members in Jordanian Public Universities for the Effectiveness of Using E-learning Management Systems during the Corona Pandemic

This study aimed to identify the evaluation of the experience of using e-learning management systems in Jordanian universities during the Corona pandemic. The descriptive survey methodo was used, the study tool consisted of a questionnaire of teaching staff at the Jordanian universities. It included three domains, its validity and reliability were confirmed. The study sample consisted of (434) faculty members, and the result concluded that the degree of estimation of faculty members in Jordanian universities for the effectiveness of using e-learning management systems during the Corona pandemic was medium, and the results of the study showed that the degree of estimation of faculty members in Jordanian universities for difficulties and obstacles that they encountered using e-learning management systems during the Corona pandemic was high,The results of the study also showed that the proposals of faculty members in Jordanian universities to improve the use of e-learning management systems from their point of view were high.
