The sample consisted of (30) players who were divided into two groups, which were selected using the available method, one of which was a control group that consisted of (15) players, and an experimental one that consisted of (15) players with sports injuries in Irbid governorate, who were attending the physiotherapy center at the Founding King Hospital in (Ramtha Brigade). The results showed that there were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α = 0.05) in the scores of the study sample on the self-confidence scale according to the psychological rehabilitation treatment program, and it was in favor of the experimental group, where the rehabilitation and psychological treatment program worked to improve the condition of the person with sprained ankle joint and improve the degree of confidence By improving the range of motion of the joint.
