The Impact of Educational Training Program for Professional License in Developing Public Education Teachers Performance (early childhood teachers as a modal)

This study aimed to identify the impact of educational training program for the professional license in performance development of teachers in the early childhood stage. descriptive analytic methodolgy was used. The sample consisted of 331 teachers. The results showed that the impact of the educational training program of the professional license in performance development of teachers was high. There were differences in the impact level due to license in favor for whom took it, academic qualification in favor for diploma, and years of experience in favor of 5-10 and more than 10 years. There was no difference due to training.
