Smart Learning and the Importance of Employing it in Social Studies Curricula from the Female Teachers’ Point of View

The current study aimed to identify the importance of employing smart learning in social studies from the female teachers' point of view. The study scales were constructed (the social studies skills scale according to smart learning, and the global citizenship scale). The quantitative approach was used, and the scales were applied to a sample of social studies female teachers in some schools of Jerash Education, numbered (88) teachers. The results of the study showed that the general mean of the female teachers' responses to the social studies skills scale according to smart learning was high with a mean of (3.04), while the mean of the items ranged between (2.75 and 3.43). It also showed that the general mean of the female teachers' responses on the global citizenship scale was high with a mean of (3.08), while the mean of the items ranged between (2.92 and 3.26). In other words, the results showed the importance of smart learning in providing students with some skills in social studies, as well as the importance of smart learning in achieving the concept of global citizenship from the female teachers' point of view.
