A Proposed Educational Administrative Vision for the Entrepreneurial Leadership of Governmental Secondary School Principals in Palestine Based on Contemporary Trends in Educational Leadership

The study aimed to develop an administrative educational vision for the practice of public secondary school principals in Palestine for entrepreneurial leadership based on contemporary trends in educational leadership. The researchers used the qualitative research methodology based on the thematic analysis design. The interview was used as a tool for the study, as it included conducting semi-in-depth interviews to determine the policies that school principals need to practice entrepreneurial leadership, and to identify their perceptions for developing an administrative educational vision for entrepreneurial leadership for secondary school principals in Palestine, and the importance of developing an administrative educational vision for entrepreneurial leadership for secondary school principals in Palestine based on contemporary trends in educational leadership. The study sample consisted of (30) person, (15) school principals and (15) teachers who were selected intentionally. The study concluded with the emergence of (21) themes related to the study questions, which were used to develop the proposed administrative educational vision.
