Abstract

The study aimed to propose educational administrative procedures to deal with administrative toxicity in the education directorates in Palestine. To achieve this goal, the descriptive; analytical-synthetic approach was used. The study explained the concept of administrative toxicity and its most important sources, which are: toxic leadership, toxic employee, toxic organizational culture, toxic organizational environment, toxic work procedures, and toxic communication. The study also showed that administrative toxicity has negative effects on individuals, groups, and educational institutions. In light of this, a set of educational administrative procedures were proposed to deal with this phenomenon in education directorates, and the researchers recommended that the Palestinian Ministry of Education and its directorates implement these procedures.
