Abstract

The study aimed to identify the role of kindergarten principals in Jordan in the comprehensive integration of children with disabilities. The study sample consisted of (424) compreh kindergarten principals who were randomly selected from Amman, Jordan. To collect the study data, the researcher used a 32-item questionnaire, distributed over three areas: planning, implementation, and facilities, its validity and reliability were verified. The results of the study showed that the role of kindergarten principals in Jordan in the comprehensive integration of children with disabilities in general was high, and that this role was high in the dom of facilities and implementation, while it was medium the dom of ​​planning. The results also indicated the presence of statistically significant differences at the significance level (a=0.05) in the role of kindergarten principals in Jordan in the comprehensive integration of children with disabilities attributed to the variable of years of experience among the principals; in favor of the long experience category (10 years or more).
