Abstract

The study aimed to propose an educational administrative perspective to develop the educational supervision system in Palestine in light of the contemporary world trends in educational supervision. The Descreptive; Synthetic- Analytical methodology was used to achieve the objectives of the study. The study showed that the contemporary world trends are: Humanistic, performance-based, developmentary, differentiated, electronic, and dialogical educational supervision, that emphasize on the collegial relationship between the educational supervisor or the school principal and the teacher. The administrative perspective was proposed and recommended that the ministry of education implement it.
