The Degree of Effectiveness of Administrative Communication among Secondary School Principals within the Green Line

The study aimed to reveal the degree of effectiveness of administrative communication among secondary school principals within The Green Line from the point of view of principals and teachers, and The study adopted the descriptive Correlational Methodolgy, the two researchers developed a questionnaire to measure the degree of effectiveness of administrative communication, then make sure of its validity and reliability, and formed a sample The study consisted of (400) principals and teachers, who were chosin by Misng Simple randrem Method, and showed results The study showed that the degree of administrative communication as a whole was (moderate). The results revealed no Statistically significant differences in the degree of effectiveness of administrative communication due to the variables (years of experience and academic qualification). and school type), and there were statistically significant differences in the degree of effectiveness of administrative communication attributed to For the job title variable and in favor of (principals).The study recommended that further studies be conducted regarding Administrative communication and linking it to other variables such as difficulties and solutions. The study recommended that the Ministry of Education and Training within the Green Line provide and allocate a sufficient budget to support secondary schools at all levels.
