A Proposed Educational Administrative Perception for Activating Change Leadership in Public Schools in Jordan

This study aimed to develop a proposed educational administrative conception for activating change leadership in public schools in Jordan. The analytical synthetic method was used due to its suitability for the purpose of the study. The study concluded with identifying the nature and importance of change leadership, addressing the most important requirements of change leadership, and the most important change models and challenges that school principals may face. The study proposed an educational administrative conception to activate change leadership in Jordanian public schools. It recommended community participation to develop projects and initiatives that encourage and promote change, and activate governance based on transparency and continuity in evaluation and continuous development through feedback.
