A Proposed Educational Administrative Procedures to Activate Organizational Conflict Management of Public High School Teachers in Jordan

The study aimed to present a proposed educational administrative procedure to activate organizational conflict management among public high school teachers in Jordan. The descriptive-analytical synthetic approach was used for its suitability for the purpose of this study. The study clarified the concept of organizational conflict and identified the key causes leading to it. In light of those, an educational administrative procedure was proposed to activate organizational conflict managment in public high school teachers in Jordan. These procedures include developing training programs for administrative leaders and teachers on conflict management, suggesting clear procedures for addressing organizational conflict, and fostering a positive culture that encourages cooperation and mutual respect. Additionally, the study presented the philosophy, objectives, justifications, implementation mechanisms, and challenges of the proposed procedures.
