Workplace Spirituality and its Relationship to Job Passion of Teachers in Palestine

Abstract

This study examined the relationship between workplace spirituality and job passion among teachers in Hebron's resilience schools. From 792 teachers, a random sample of 198 participated in this 2024 research, using a descriptive correlational methodology with specialized questionnaires, the study found high levels of both workplace spirituality and job passion, with significant positive correlation between their dimensions. Researchers recommended nurturing teachers' spiritual aspects to enhance their skills and strengthen their connection to organizational identity. This research highlights how spiritual elements in educational environments positively influence teachers' passion for their work, potentially improving educational outcomes through increased engagement and commitment.
