Abstract

The study aimed to identify the degree of practicing relational leadership and its relationship to organizational commitment from the point of view of employees. The study was applied to a sample of employees at Al al-Bayt University consisting of (300) individuals. The study used the descriptive correlational survey methodology using a questionnaire, which its validity and reliability were verified. The study reached the following results: The degree of estimation of the sample individuals for the degree of practicing relational leadership was medium, and the level of organizational commitment of employees was high. The results showed a positive correlation between the domains of relational leadership and the domains of organizational commitment of employees. In light of the results of the study, the researchers recommend a set of recommendations, including: paying attention to applying relational leadership because of its impact on increasing the level of organizational commitment of employees.
