Job Happiness among Employees Working in Educational Directorates in Palestine and its Relationship to some Demographic Variables

This study aimed to identify the level of job happiness among employees working in their directorates in Palestine and its relationship to some variables. The study sample consisted of (358) employees of education directorates in Palestine. The results of the study showed that the degree of practicing job happiness by employees working in their directorates in Palestine was high. Furthermore, the results showed that there were statistically significant differences in the degree of practicing job happiness by employees in Palestine attributed to demographic variables. In light of these results, the researchers recommended the necessity of providing more supportive and motivating work environment, developing incentive and reward systems, enhancing training and professional development opportunities, enhancing organizational justice, developing strategies to enhance female employees’ satisfaction, and implementing more transparent and fair policies in the distribution of tasks and promotions.
