Contemporary Trends in Educational Leadership: Leading with Happeness

Abstract

The scientific paper aimed to identify the concept of leadership through happiness, its fields and components, and its role in enabling leaders to improve and develop their leadership and functional performance. It also aimed to identify the importance of happiness and its role in developing and improving employee performance, product quality and marketing, and the acceptance of the product by service recipients and customers. The paper concluded with a set of conclusions and recommendations, the most important of which are: the necessity of paying great attention to the topic of happiness in preparing and qualifying leaders because they are the influential part in the production cycle and other tasks assigned to all members of official and private institutions.
